TOP STEEL GALVANIZED PROFILES
TOP STEEL galvanized profiles are lightweight metal profiles made of hot-dip galvanized steel, obtained through progressive cold forming of galvanized steel strips. With a zinc coating of minimum 275g/m2, TOP STEEL profiles offer protection against corrosion and resistance to environmental factors.
Due to their mechanical properties and high load-bearing capacity, galvanized profiles can be used in various applications:
- Main elements for civil and industrial constructions not exceeding 1000 sqm footprint
- Secondary elements of the resistance structures of industrial buildings, such as roof purlins or wall girts
- Metal structures for photovoltaic panels
Topanel offers profile systems of type Z, C, U and ∑ with section heights from 100 mm up to 400 mm, thicknesses from 1,5 mm to 3 mm and standard lengths from 2 m to 13,5 m or oversized lengths up to 15 m.
TOP STEEL galvanized profiles can be used in:
- Industrial spaces - factories, logistics centers, warehouses, and other constructions;
- Agricultural constructions - vegetable/fruit farms, livestock farms, stables;
- Commercial spaces - commercial centers, hypermarkets, stores, car service, car washes;

Z-TYPE GALVANIZED PROFILES
Used especially for beams and purlins, they offer increased resistance and versatile assembly in any situation
C-TYPE GALVANIZED PROFILES
Used as extremely versatile resistance elements in lightweight structures, thanks to their high stability
U-TYPE GALVANIZED PROFILES
Ideal as support or guidance elements, these profiles are efficient in various construction applications
SIGMA ∑-TYPE GALVANIZED PROFILES
Used for improving structural resistance, as roof purlins and load-bearing structures
METALLIC STRUCTURES FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
Support modules for ground-mounted solar panel structures, produced from galvanized zinc profiles, with a minimum zinc coating of 275 mg/sqm

- Possibility of manufacturing customized profiles according to customer specifications
- Ability to perform a wide variety of perforations (with different sizes and shapes) directly on the production line. Holes can have variable diameters between 8 and 32 mm, combining to form holes of various shapes
- Due to the cold roll-forming process, an increase in yield strength and, sometimes, in tensile strength is obtained, a phenomenon not recorded in the case of profiles formed by pressing.
PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL STRUCTURE SUPPORT MODULE
- Photovoltaic panels per module: configurable for each project, arranged in two rows in portrait format
- Modules per MW: configurable for each project, according to the number of panels /module and the power of the photovoltaic panels
- Steel type metal structure profiles: S350GD, ZN 275 g/m2
- Complete installation kit: pre-drilled profiles according to the plan and related assembly components
- The modules are assembled from cold-pressed galvanized profiles with an anti-corrosion zinc layer, which do not require painting
- Metal structures for photovoltaic panels comply with the norms and requirements of EN 1993 – Eurocode 3: Design of steel structures
- The modules were designed by specialized engineers, resulting in a durable and efficient system from both a durability and cost perspective
- The modules include a complete installation kit: pre-drilled profiles according to the plan and related assembly components

The assembly kit for the metal structures module for photovoltaic panels is made either according to the project provided by the beneficiary or based on a project developed by a designer from the Topanel team.
