- are light prefabricated elements with layered type closure;
- are produced in “blended” system”, with total adhesion between the components in continuous process technology, by injection under computerized control of fireproof rigid polyurethane foam expanded between two plates (galvanized steel, aluminum or copper pre-dyed plates)
- dyeing process is done by Coil-Coating, which ensures both the uniformity of the paint coating and its perfect adhesion to the support substrate;
- mineral wool is basalt type, with a density of 100 kg / m
- fire resistance is between 30-180 minutes, depending on panel type, its thickness and assembling position;
- each panel is protected on both sides with a polyethylene film of 50 µm, which is kept also during the operation;
- fixing is done on a frame made of metal profiles(steel) with thickness greater than 1.5 mm, wood profiles with minimal section of 60x80 mm, or metal inserts (in concrete) with a width of at least 60 mm. and thickness of 1.5 mm;
- panels blend in longitudinal direction through the profile blending system, and in the transverse direction through partial cutting of the lower portion of the metal plate and of the thermal insulating layer, overlapping panels and setting self-tapping screws;
